Hello! I would love to speak with you about how I can help your business. I have over 20 years of accounting experience in many industries, and that experience I want to use to provide business owners like yourself stress-free accounting.
I began my career working in the entertainment industry handling venue financial operations and live event settlements. I have worked in 30 countries around the world handling touring financial operations and as a corporate controller for a large restaurant group. Before starting Elm Street Accounting, I worked for real estate professionals handling financial operations for a variety of small businesses, including commercial rentals, general contractors, and real estate investments. Now at Elm Street Accounting, I love that I can use my diverse background and expertise to help small business owners around the country.
I currently live with my wonderful family in Tampa, Florida. I love reading, the beach, paddle boarding, and my 3 puppies, Winnie, Sonny, & Bowie.
CARRIE CHRISTINO
I’ve built my career around creating genuine connections and making businesses run a little smoother. For five years, I worked in commercial real estate, juggling everything from accounting and collections to tenant relations and property management. I oversaw a portfolio of 16 properties that included retail plazas, office buildings, parking garages, small shops, and even a mixed-use marina. My love for client service started much earlier, though. Growing up in my family’s restaurant, I learned the art of hospitality.
As a Tampa native -yes, we’re rare-, I’ve always loved anything that keeps me outdoors. Nothing beats salty water and sandy toes or traveling to a new place! When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my four-legged sidekick, Mason, or tending to my ever-growing collection of plants.
Being on the Elm Street team as Service Director I get to blend my love of people with my knack for problem-solving, making sure our clients feel supported, heard, and always in good hands.
CAssidi Cutini
Joining Elm Street Accounting as Director of Accounting, I bring over 30 years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, purchasing, and operations. My career spans a wide range of industries—including hotels, restaurants, resorts, golf courses, medspas, spa wellness, and hotel management companies—within the broader hospitality and real estate investment sectors. I’m energized by the work itself—keeping finances organized through documentation and analysis, diving into metrics and formulas, and exploring areas like forensic accounting. I also enjoy supporting and educating teams, helping others understand the financial side of the business so they can make informed, confident decisions.
I’m excited to contribute to an organization dedicated to delivering high‑quality accounting services and strengthening the financial foundation of the businesses it supports. With decades of experience, I look forward to providing strong financial oversight, reporting, and controllership while embracing new challenges and driving operational clarity and growth. Outside of work, I value camaraderie, mentorship, and keeping a sense of fun in everything I do—accounting may be objective, but it never has to feel stuffy. When I’m not working with numbers, I love exploring new places with my husband and our two daughters, spending time cooking and entertaining, and fully embracing the adventure of motherhood.
